HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow a couple of days for your order to be processed. We do all that we can to fulfill orders as fast as possible. We thank you for shopping small and hope you understand NOBRAND is a small company. Sometimes there can be hiccups, but we will always do what we can to do right by you. Your patience is appreciated. 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

NOBRAND only ships to the 50 United States at this time. Shipping times can be influenced by your location. We use both UPS and USPS for our deliveries. From the time you submit a purchase to when it arrives at your home, it should take approximately 5-7 business days. You will receive an email that your order has been shipped with an approximate time of arrival. If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please email us at info@livenobrand.com.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@livenobrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
